Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.

Marketing information: your email address and optional phone number if you join the list or claim an offer on the site.

Basic site analytics: pages viewed and general device information, used only to understand what's working on the site.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed entirely by our payment processor, and card data goes directly to them.

There are no customer accounts on this site. Checkout is guest-only, so there is no password to store or lose.

Only the vendors needed to fulfill your order: our payment processor, our fulfillment and shipping carriers, and our email provider. Each receives only what they need.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any price.

Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

If you give us a phone number, you consent to recurring automated marketing and order texts from Wellspring at that number. Consent is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep your bag, run the site, and measure basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of checkout may stop working if you do.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you opt out or ask us to delete them.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you may opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Our product is made for families, but this site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
