Cancel a pre-order any time before it ships
Email hello@drinkwellspring.com before your box leaves the facility and we refund you in full, to your original payment method. No restocking fee, no questions, no phone call.
Taste-it guarantee
Open the box, try a stick. If your family doesn't like it, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full order — including shipping.
You don't need to return the box. Pass the remaining sticks to a neighbor.
Unopened returns
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we'll send a prepaid label.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued through our payment processor the same business day we approve them. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days.
Gift cards
Gift cards never expire and carry no fees, but they are non-refundable once delivered. A gift card balance applied to an order is returned to the card if that order is refunded.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions begin only after the first run ships. You can pause, skip, or cancel yourself at any time from the customer portal link in your confirmation email. Cancel before a renewal charge and you are not billed.
