A pre-order reserves a box from a limited production run. Estimated ship dates are estimates — manufacturing timelines can move, and we'll tell you when they do.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Prices are in US dollars and may change for future runs; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor and is subject to their terms.

We may cancel and refund an order if it was placed at an obviously incorrect price or if we can't fulfill it.

Gift cards are redeemable on this site only, never expire, carry no fees, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Treat the code like cash — we can't replace codes shared publicly.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel. Cancel any time through the customer portal link in your emails; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund a shipment already sent.

Wellspring is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant, nursing, on a sodium-restricted diet, or giving this to a young child, talk to your doctor first.

Everything on this site — product pages, the FAQ, the label section, and any email or text we send — is general information about a beverage product. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to a qualified healthcare provider.

The site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellspring and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or data, arising from the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our willful misconduct.

Read the ingredient panel before use. If you have an allergy, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, are on a sodium-restricted diet, or are giving this product to a child, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you have an adverse reaction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wellspring harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or the products, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We would rather fix a problem than fight about it, so email us first. If we can’t resolve a dispute within 30 days, both sides agree it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

Disputes are brought individually. You and Wellspring each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-waiver provision by emailing us within 30 days of your first order; opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version posted here at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

All photography, copy, and branding on this site belong to Wellspring Hydration. Please don't reuse them without asking.
