We ship from the United States. Pre-orders ship as soon as our first production run is packed — here is exactly how that works.

Starter Box (15 pack): $5.99 flat-rate shipping.
Taste Double Bundle (30 sticks): free shipping.
Gift cards are delivered by email and never carry a shipping charge.
Pre-order timing
Every pre-order reserves a box from our limited first production run. We ship in the order pre-orders were placed, starting the week our manufacturer finishes packing.
You get an email when your order is confirmed, a second email the day it ships with tracking, and an honest update from us if the run is delayed for any reason.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS Ground. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days after your box leaves the facility.
International shipping is not available for the first run. If you're outside the US, join the list and we'll email you the moment that changes.
Damaged, lost or wrong orders
Email hello@drinkwellspring.com with your order number and a photo if anything arrives damaged, opened, or wrong. We replace it or refund it — you won't be asked to ship anything back.
